Classes

If your child has a disability please don't worry — they are more than welcome at our club. There are children of all abilities at DJS Taekwondo Academy and every child is made to feel welcome. At the Ninja classes parents stay, and although watching your child learn and progress is great fun, we encourage parent participation: holding pads, or holding their child's feet for sit ups etc. Don't panic parents, you won't be asked to actually do Taekwondo! Within our Ninja class the children have a proper warm up and use games and Martial Arts drills to learn. While they're having lots of fun they're also learning discipline, control, balance, co-ordination, fitness, teamwork, focus and memory skills. Classes are 45 minutes long.
